  • No. Here is a list of providers who do.

    We at Servorum only work with Catholic-owned, for profit, secular businesses, such as construction companies, metal-mechanical manufacturers, retailers in all industries, among many others.

  • For candidates, it’s always free.

    For business owners, we have accessible fees to avoid that some of you miss out on our service because of money:

    $1,000 USD = Search Start Fee

    &

    One month of the candidate’s salary upon hire.

    The Search Start Fee is always credited towards the Success Fee.

  • The candidates we propose in our shortlists are professionally excellent, values-aligned with your principles and thoroughly vetted through interviews and crossed references.

  • If the candidate leaves within six months of the hire, we will run a new search for you, free of any cost. T&C apply.

  • We will run your next search without charging you a search start fee.
    We do not do refunds.

  • Both as a candidate and as a client, YES, if you uphold the Servorum Standard.

  • Our three values derive from the Catholic teaching of the infinite dignity of every human person, made in the image and likeness of God. (CCC, 1700-1706)
    No state, person, organization or institution can contradict or deny this teaching without causing immense damage to themselves and others.
